Monroe Rainey: Let me straighten out something that most people have confused. The Japanese martial arts may or may not have weapons training (karate, judo, ...etc.) Although many schools teach weapons, they are generally considered as separate martial arts.
Linwood Mccory: Yes. Japanese martial arts cover the use of Japanese martial arts weapons.
Kizzy Hett: Yea. In Karate (japanese based karate) we have sighs (sp?) which are like swords, bows which are long sticks, and sticks which are like 1/3 the size of a bow. Hope this helps!
