Torrie Weissenbach: So i'm responsible for writing at nighttime on the clumsiness of my young infants it extremely is working away like small mice do once you turn on the mild and it extremely is not basic for me to maintain catching them so I take a seat contained in the gutter watching the chew sized human beings of the subsequent technology draw faces on the solar with chalk and that i seem on the sky and notice faces contained in the clouds reminding me i'm no longer so a procedures remote from that i'm responsible writing next to you who is familiar with extra approximately history than any e book like a sufferer of a few durable conflict your homes burnt down and your coronary heart can barley beat to a similar track, contained in the daze of your hearts music i gets up and say "it extremely is been an honor previous city" as I watch the sundown and take! a seat backtrack because of the fact i will't help yet think of we share a similar destiny...Show more
Georgina Natal: you should ask her L.A. teacher. usually they know that kind of stuff.
Mozell Sponsler: No real poet should ever use poetry.com. It's a scam. If you're really serious about poetry and you think you're good enough, start looking for lit mags and zines to publish. Contests can be hard to find and are very, very competitive, so I'd suggest trying to get your name out there first by submitting to some small publications.
Eli Trapeni: Poetry.com but before submitting ask a parent to read over the terms and condidtions make sure your not giving up the rights of your poem. Sometime people go to poetry contests and don't realize they are giving up the rights of their poem. Also keep a copy of all of your poems. Keep a copy of them on a disk and or cd Then only add to them also ask a parent about how to get them copyrighted so others can't clai! m your poem as theirs.
Efren Clankscales: poetry.com is ! a scam.Don't get involved with them.http://www.ripoffreport.com/searchresults.asp?q5=P...
Kim Gerbino: Avoid poetry.com. I would ask your English teachers if they now of workshops and contest geared to younger people. But you really should look into young writers' workshops, they are a lot of fun and I did through out my youth.
