Vickie Sterbenz: I think the question is asking to reference a cell by using a constant. To make a reference constant all you have to do is put a '$' sign in front of the cell reference. For example, $A$1 will always reference this cell even if you drag the formula down using the fill handle, while using just A1 will increase if you drag the formula.
