SM ENTERTAINMENT. Helpp~~! T^T?

Curtis Josef: Can Indians get on SM, YG OR JYP??. Am no longer a well dancer, however I rap good, my voice is daring ample for a lady that humans misunderstood my telephone name as a boy. And approximately appears, I am a bit of tanned and darkish, I dont seem korean however eyes are flat and small. I desired to have my audition on the age of sixteen. As indians are we able to?? Even if u dont dance, is it k?

Porfirio Gartland: Because you are a young minor, there isn't a lot you can do to convince your parents. They are worried about your future for good cause: most people who audition don't debut so you might be throwing away your academic future for one that's as likely as winning the lottery. If you were older, you could do things such as offer to pay, etc., but since you're younger all you can do is be responsible, get good grades, and try to tell them your point of view and opinions in a clear, calm, mature matter. Also, because of you age, you need to prove! to them that this is not just a phase or a fad for you (you are in the teenie bopper age range). You need to prove to them that you have talent and are serious about this and not just doing this to fangirl over idols.--> Rounds depend on each individual audition. Generally those who pass e-mail/online audition are asked to audition live. Those who audition live can go through as many as 3 rounds. Each of these rounds is live and the trips are paid by the auditionee out of pocket. At ANY stage you can be told "you aren't good enough" and be sent home.--> Yes. Unless it's around a Global or Youth Star Audition they typically answer within 2-4 weeks. If you don't get a reply, that usually means they aren't interested or your audition was passed over because you are missing some component (talent clips, photo, info, etc.)--> Honestly, either. Weekly has way fewer people so the judges are less likely to be completely and utterly bored. You're more likely to get more! individual attention at a Weekly audition. However, Global h! as a better track record of getting future artists. Henry Lau, Amber Liu, and Kris Wu were all chosen by Global Auditions.--> Depends. Unless they've changed it, you still participate in a rhythm test at the Weekly Auditions. They put on a dance track and let you have at it. Global and Youth Star tend to skimp on it unless you are auditioning as a dancer just because of time constraints. However, if you do BOTH you are alrady more appealing as a future idol.--> Yes. You pick the song you sing at auditions. Once again, it depends. Instrumentals are allowed for online auditions. However, as soon as you start doing live auditions, it is not.Make sure you're comfortable singing a capella. They want to see your ability to keep time and hold a tune and pitch without external factors helping.--> You become a trainee when you pass all audition rounds that they ask of you and you sign the contract.--> LA or Seoul. I recommend Seoul because that's their main headquarters ! and they usually ask you to audition in Seoul after sucessfully completing the LA auditions (I've never heard of anyone getting signed in LA).--> Depends for what. You probably will have to pay for some basics like clothes and some meals and other personal items, but everything that is connected to your debut (debut wardrobe, training, language lessons, dorms, etc.) are paid 100% in full by SM Entertainment[smtown.com/link/audition]--> E-mail auditions are more a way for the company to search out potential talent and encourage that potential talent to audition live. If you don't live near a SM location it's also a good way to gauge the worth of spending thousands of dollars to go audition live.If you receive positive response (or any response for that matter), I would take it as a green light to proceed to live auditions (or "passing").However, whether or not you receive a reply does not keep or prevent you from auditioning live.Good luck!...Show more
