Mayola Sylva: Go to TV, press Power button and press the channels button or volume button. Since I can't really check online if there are any physical buttons on the TV, I will presume like 95% of the TVs out there, that it does have physical buttons. If the buttons on the TV works, your TV works.If you press channel up/down or volume up/down on your remote and it doesn't work, get a new battery....Show more
