Felipa Nosis: A fun, entertaining and interesting person to me is someone that can understand the situation and act accordingly to begin with. Some people go on and on about things that's just out of line or simply boring when they are in a group of people. They need to listen into what the group has to say and what topic the group finds interesting. Long monologues that's off topic are not funny no matter what the story teller thinks. Short to the point stories that connects to the group somehow is the way to go. Politeness and respectfulness is key too. Some people think that they are gaining a "cool factor" by being rude or disrespectful either to people around them or to people that's not there. It's not cool, it makes them look cheap and untrustworthy.Daring to share personal things and have people laugh at your own expense. Nothing deeply embarrassing just a little funny anecdote works too. Something that people can connect to that makes them feel as if it could had! happened to them. A man we met shared an early morning breakfast disaster story because all of us have kids and can relate to his story. It made us feel as he was an old friend even though we had just met. Genuine interest for the people around is a great bonus too. People know when it's fake. The same thing goes for laughs and smiles. Faking it makes the situation "forced" rather than relaxed and friendly. People that ask about things and care about the answers are more popular than those who ask but clearly show that they really don't care about the answer....Show more
